Article 1: Definitions

• Platform / Website / We: EntajExpo.com and any associated websites, applications, tools, or services operated or made available by EntajExpo.
• User / You: Any individual or legal entity that accesses, visits, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• Buyer: Any business user, company, institution, or authorized representative who registers on the Platform to inquire about or purchase products or services from sellers.
• Seller / Entity: Any company, factory, exporter, exhibitor, or commercial establishment that lists or offers products or services on the Platform.
• Supporting Entities: Independent third-party service providers, including but not limited to shipping, logistics, insurance, customs clearance, payment processors, or other services offered through or linked from the Platform.
• Agreement: These Buyer Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies published by EntajExpo.
• Order: A purchase request or commercial inquiry submitted by the buyer through the Platform to a seller.
• Shipment: Products confirmed by the seller for delivery following order acceptance.
• Return / Refund: Processes initiated by the buyer subject to the seller’s terms and the conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Article 2: Buyer Registration Requirements

• Buyers must be legally established businesses or authorized representatives with full legal capacity to enter into commercial transactions.
• The buyer’s representative must be at least 18 years old and duly authorized to act on behalf of the business entity.
• Registration information must be accurate, complete, lawful, and reflect the buyer’s true identity and business details.
• Buyers must register using a valid email address and contact number to receive Platform communications.
• Buyers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must notify EntajExpo immediately of any unauthorized access.
• EntajExpo reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate buyer accounts at its sole discretion.

Article 3: Accuracy of Information

The buyer represents and warrants that all information and data provided to the Platform are accurate, current, complete, and lawful. The buyer is responsible for updating such information as necessary. EntajExpo bears no responsibility for losses or damages arising from inaccurate or misleading information provided by the buyer.

Article 4: Nature of the Platform and Platform Rights

• EntajExpo acts solely as a technical intermediary and business facilitation platform.
• EntajExpo does not manufacture, own, sell, inspect, guarantee, or endorse any products or services listed by sellers.
• All commercial transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. EntajExpo is not a party to any sales or service contract.
• EntajExpo may suspend or restrict buyer access without prior notice in cases of policy violations, abusive conduct, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity.
• EntajExpo may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without liability.

Article 5: Prices, Orders, and Payments

• Sellers determine product prices, minimum order quantities, and commercial terms.
• Buyers may communicate with sellers through the Platform to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery terms.
• Payments, where applicable, must be made through payment methods authorized or integrated within the Platform.
• EntajExpo is not responsible for payments made outside the Platform or through unauthorized channels.
• Buyers must not use illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods.

Article 6: Buyer Obligations

• Buyers must review seller listings, specifications, commercial terms, return policies, and shipping conditions before placing an order.
• Buyers agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and international trade requirements relevant to their transactions.
• Any engagement with supporting entities constitutes a separate contractual relationship between the buyer and such entities.
• Buyers must act professionally and must not publish abusive, defamatory, misleading, or unlawful content or reviews.
• Buyers acknowledge that product quality, conformity, delivery, warranties, and after-sales obligations are the sole responsibility of the seller.

Article 7: Supporting Entities

• Supporting entities operate independently from EntajExpo.
• EntajExpo does not guarantee, supervise, or assume responsibility for services provided by supporting entities.
• Any disputes or claims related to supporting entities must be resolved directly with the respective service provider.

Article 8: Third-Party Services and Links

• The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services for payments, logistics, hosting, analytics, or communications.
• Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
• EntajExpo bears no responsibility for third-party actions, omissions, or service interruptions.

Article 9: Limitation of Platform Responsibility

• The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
• EntajExpo disclaims all liability arising from seller-buyer transactions.
• EntajExpo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• Temporary or permanent service interruptions do not give rise to liability.

Article 10: Account Suspension and Termination

EntajExpo may suspend or terminate buyer access at any time for violations of this Agreement or applicable laws, without compensation or liability.

Article 11: Buyer Indemnification

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EntajExpo from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from the buyer’s misuse of the Platform, breach of this Agreement, or violation of applicable laws.

Article 12: Intellectual Property

• All Platform content, trademarks, software, databases, and materials are the exclusive property of EntajExpo or its licensors.
• Buyers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform content without prior written authorization.

Article 13: Data Protection and Privacy

Use of the Platform is subject to the EntajExpo Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, processing, and protection of personal and business data.

Article 14: Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve its services. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

Article 15: Complaints and Dispute Handling

• Buyers may submit complaints through Platform support channels.
• EntajExpo may facilitate communication between buyers and sellers but does not guarantee dispute resolution.
• Buyers retain the right to pursue remedies directly against sellers through appropriate legal or commercial channels.

Article 16: Governing Principles

This Agreement is governed by generally accepted principles of international commercial law, without reference to any specific national jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

Article 17: General Provisions

• If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
• EntajExpo may update this Agreement at any time by publishing a revised version on the Platform.
• Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
